Graham Baldwin and team offer exit counselling from cults and controlling relationships. Formerly in Wimbledon, Catalyst have moved from London to Nottinghamshire where the Barnabas project is currently being set up.

Catalyst take a neutral, secular approach to helping people, preferring to aid them in cutting relationships and freeing them to decide on what they wish to believe themselves.

Help can be given outside of the religious area, typically in terms of elderly people being pressure to contribute to groups, and younger people being groomed from the internet.

Help is available to teachers, solicitors, the police, doctors and professionals in order to best protect victims.
